    Description

    This combination of lifts when performed with a light weight one after the other works as a cardio-vascular and muscular conditioning exercise.

    Instructions

    Select a barbell that you can comfortably perform 15 reps of each exercise with. Perform 10 to 15 reps of clean and press followed by 10 to 15 reps of squat on the same barbell. Rest for two minutes then repeat x 3.
