    Description

    This exercise is a good exercise for toning and strengthening the legs, bum and core.

    Instructions

    From a standing position, stride forward one leg at a time, lowering trailing leg to ground and bending front leg to 90 degrees, then push off front leg back to starting position and repeat on alternate legs.
