    Squats (Back)


    This exercise is a good exercise for toning and strengthening the legs, bum and core.


    Standing with feet shoulder width apart, and arms by side, lower bum to the ground keeping weight on heels and knees and feet in-line, squat down until hips are level with knees and thighs are parrallel with floor, pause then extend back to starting position and repeat.
