    Description

    This exercise is a back exercise that works the upper back muscles predominantly and the biceps and back of shoulders.

    Instructions

    Get in good posture and keep lower back flat whilst bending from hips and knees bent. Reach to grasp bar overhand and pull bar into body just below chest, hold and lower slowly and repeat.
