    Description

    This is an excellent upper body exercise for developing your pectoralis major and minor (chest) the anterior deltoid (front shoulders) and triceps.

    Instructions

    Grasp the bar shoulder width apart. Lower bar to chest touching just above nipples, then raise bar vertically to full extension of arms. Repeat.
