    This exercise works the abs as a whole aswell as hip flexors, develops the lower part of the 6 pack.


    On leg raise frame or dip bars, with back against pad and weight supported by arms on arm pads, legs will be hanging, raise legs vertically moving feet towards the roof as high as possible, then lower legs slowly back to starting position.
