    Olympic Bar Squats (Back)

    Description

    This is an important core exercise that works all the muscles of the upper leg and bum.

    Instructions

    With olympic bar on rack, stand under bar with bar behind head, stand up straight holding bar with each hand rest bar across top of shoulders. Remove from rack and stabilise body, feet shoulder width apart, squat down keeping knees in line with feet, stop and stand back up when legs are just passed parrallel with ground. Pause and repeat.
