    Description

    This exercise is a compound exercise that uses a range of muscles together, it is good for the lat muscles in the back and also uses the biceps and rear shoulder muscles, it gives your back width and is good for core stability as you have to stabilise yourself whilst performing the exercise.

    Instructions

    Reach up and grasp the bar with wide grip and overhand, from hanging position, pull up as far as possible until chin is level with hands, then lower slowly and repeat. Use the assisted pull up machine if necessary.
