Workout Page - The system provides bespoke routines based on your vital statistics and goals, depending on whether you workout in the gym or at home and how many times a week you workout. Each time you complete a workout you are provided with a new set of exercises.

Workout Description and Instructions Page - Each exercise in a workout contains detailed instructions supported by images, the benefits of the exercise and the correct technique in which to perform them.
